If I'm doing an induction essay, do I need a transition paragraph between each of the points I'm making in order to make it clear what I'm arguing? Because I'm looking at the Essay Formatting Word document that you posted and it says to explain the connection to the next section of the essay. So does this mean that I'd have a paragraph just explaining why "A" leads to "B"? And should I have evidence within that transition paragraph? Thanks!

You might need a transition from the A SECTION ( not necessarily A paragraph) to the B SECTION. There does not need to be evidence in these types of paragraphs . If your A Section is only one paragraph, then just use a transition sentence at the end of the paragraph.

So just to clarify, each section has 2 paragraphs/pieces of evidence, which means that we have an intro, conclusion, 6 body paragraphs, 2 transition paragraphs, and one last paragraph to explain how everything fits together(right before the conclusion)?

More or less. I'm not demanding an exact paragraph count.
