Topic Sentence Question

Should each topic sentence have the same opinion as the thesis with a specific moment or is it another opinion that ties into the thesis.

Ex: My thesis is about the emotional foundation of family.
Should I have emotional foundation in each topic sentence

I don't think it's necessary. You should find a way to reword "emotional foundation" so it doesn't seem copied and pasted and repetitive through the essay.

Yeah, I agree with Mark.
If you did just say it outright in each topic sentance, it would get nauseatingly repetitive.

Right! Your topic sentences can be other opinions that relate to the general topic of the thesis, but you don't need to clearly tie the paragraph to the thesis until the end of the analysis.
