Works cited?
Do you want us to have a works cited page, even if our only source was the book?
Emma is sort of right. It has been the convention of the English dept at RAHS not to require a works cited entry if the only book cited was the text studied in class.
So I won't penalize students who follow this answer.
But since you are headed off to college, and there you'll need to provide a works cited entry for any text that you use, it's a good habit to always include necessary entries.
Short answer: put an entry at the end of your last page - no need to add another sheet of paper.

I'm pretty sure a works cited page is only necessary if we use multiple sources.

Be sure that you cite the book and the line # in the ( ) NOT the page #.
